I'm happy someone actually did the whole thing. I wanted to try doing this myself but I was genuinely going insane from listening to the vocals on loop constanly... Love the video ^_^

@@mihoimiboi3984 Oh, damn, I didn't expect to see you here! I really appreciate the praise, and I can see why the vocals on loop the whole way through would send a man loopy. It's a shame how little the lyrics are: One verse, one chorus, and one bridge. You really have to make do with what you have, and there's a fine line between the song being too empty and the song being overloaded with lyrics. Right now, I'm not doing many mashups, since I've got school, and I also want to create original content, which I may post on this channel if I think it's really good. In any case, I appreciate it!

Something I noticed about both songs is there's a specific parallel I didn't connect right away. In Devil Trigger, one of the lines is "This storm swelling inside me" and Bury the Light, one of the lyrics is "I am the storm that is approaching." Once again, like father, like son.

for some reason i cant hit two parts of the combo. one is the judgement cut after the yamato c combo and the other is that i overshoot the stinger after the last overdrive and i gotta move to get the triple s taunt in.

I'm not surprised that you're having trouble with the former issue, considering it's the hardest part of this combo. You'll need to have a good sense of perfect judgement cuts already in the respect of timing. As for overshooting stinger, you may be pulling off Starfall too early. Try waiting until you reach the peak of your height gain after Kick 13 before pressing the melee button.

This might sound weird, but I've been using this particular looped track as ambient exploration music in Morrowind. The alien setting of that game and surreal lands make this track feel right at home :)

The devils never cry inclusions in the bridge sounds awful in my opinion. It's like a child locked inside of a wardrobe is trying to sing with the chorus but it also wants to sing something else and just ends up ruining everything. Tho the bridge part clearly was made with heavy inspiration from devils never cry it just doesn't sound good when put together. It's also impressive how after that horrible mashup between DNC and BTL you managed to create the most godly, elevating, delightful mashup between Devil Trigger and Bury The Light at 7:31. Since the 3rd act of the song was made with Devil Trigger in mind it just ends up sounding incredible, my only nit-pick is that you didn't include the "Embrace the darkness that's within me [...]" part when it's what the final chorus was mirroring in BTL the most. The final part of your mashup is just incredible.

Your displeasure of the Devils Never Cry inclusion in the bridge is understandable, and frankly, agreeable. In hindsight, I wish I hadn't placed it there in an attempt to give the bridge more content, it was perfectly fine the way it was. If I were to remake this song a third time, I would most definitely remove the DNC section and add the "Embrace the Darkness" lines rather than "When the Night Ends."
