I have neck and discs problems too. Always have pain. Sometimes it’s. It as bad but when it is bad it’s terrible. Very frustrating and depressing. I used to be very active but not anymore.

Great idea!…the best way to get kiddos to eat veggies is to blend them in to tasty dishes, and they never know!…😉😁…did that for mah girls for years! They’re all grown up now, but they still eat their veggies! Great recipe and idea! Look forward to the next episode! 👍🙏🤠
