I and my back yard neighbor share the fence with an other neighbor. How to share the fence repair fee? Should I share the 1/2 with my back yard neighbor and another neighbor should pay. 1/2 ? Thank you

🤔🧐 ..WHAT SHOULD BE THE ARRANGEMENT?? - In a case where a section of fencing has been damaged by your neighbor’s fallen evergreen tree? (Would this be different than the ordinary ‘aged’ fence scenario where both neighbors would understandably each go in half?)

My neighbor came over to me and asked for half of the money for the fence that they built three and a half years ago. After shutting the door in his face we have never spoken since. The fence is completely on his property therefore I'm not paying a dime.. truth be told you come at me with a location anywhere near the property line demanding half for the fence you will get laughed off my porch

Is it late to ask neighbor 7 years later to pay for her side of fence. She just put up her fence and only had one side to put up.

I took a estimate over to my neighbor for fence repair. They were not home so I put it in a envelope with a note stating that I would pay half. Mentioned that I'm home in the evenings to let me know soon because the estimate is good for three months. How long should I give my neighbor to come and talk to me about the offer before I go and ask them again?
