Hello. We dnt have any customization on this field, but when i enable this feature without asking for the flight from MS, the field got extended and i can enter 50 characters now. So i want to ask that how does it worked without enabling the flight ?

The conditional set up only works with either Customer group or Customers, it is not working with other fields like mode of delivery or terms of delivery. Raised it with Ms but no solution received.
