Standard 2.5 engine and power output. I have lowered it and fitted some polyurethane bushes. Standard brakes and road tyres 👍🏻

@@2ltrrabbit I’m thinking of getting one of these for a daily and the odd track day. Any issues with the dreaded IMS or anything? That’s the only thing holding me back, so I’m keen to know if you’ve had any issues because clearly you’re not hanging about and driving the car as it should be 😎👍🏼

They are excellent cars for the track. I’ve only had it a year and just went for the cheapest one for sale. I’ve heard the 2.5 are reliable probably because they only have 200bhp. It’s 25 years old tho

Did you ever feel at any point in the lap you could have passed the car in front? I'm always concerned that on a track day someone will run into me trying to be a hero while I'm their only for the fun and the experience of the drive.

The car in front is driven by a friend so you have trust. I would have only been able to pass if he lifted to let me pass. Track discipline is excellent here
