I'm really not sure what the best guide would be to do for DC. There had not been a new one for nearly a year and a half, but one came out 2 weeks ago: Dreamcatcher guide 2024 (a little on crack) on the hotinsomnia channel. It's good in that it curates a lot of good clips from debut through last month with a really good sample of the vocal talents of the members, but the member sections are 35 minutes of the 45 minute guide, and at that point you may as well just do all of the Insomnicsy This Is ... series. It largely misses the story of DC as a group. There's also a recent AI generated one (at least the narrator's voice is, but it feels like the scripting too) which I would ignore. If I were to cover the story of DC I'd still go with mera's Dodging Disbandment and Other Extreme Sports: A History of Dreamcatcher from 2020 and then do Insomnicy's 🏆 DREAMCATCHER 1ST WIN / 드림캐쳐 첫1위 🏆then Dreamcatcher Official's (ENG) [Dreamcatcher's Note] 'MAISON' 활동 비하인드 4편 and [쇼챔 1위] 4월 셋째 주 챔피언송 드림캐쳐 앵콜 Full ver. from ALL THE K-POP (optional since it might get copyright trapped - but the best vocal version of Maison they ever did). So there's 2 versions of Come Back Home. The original and the acoustic version. The MV incorporated the two but if you listened to the original song, it doesnt have the acoustic rap in the middle like the MV. ^2NE1 was the first kpop group I got into back in 2009. Teddy Park was their main producer, just like Blackpink. 2NE1 have bangers. I recommend checking out other 2NE1 songs like Fire, I Don't Care, Missing You, Happy, Dont Stop The Music to name a few. My personal fave is Be Mine but it's not really a single, more like a song they did for an ad but it happens to my favourite lol. Final point and fun fact: Lady Gaga wanted Teddy Park to produce her debut album, but he turned her down because he was working on 2NE1's debut.

I've noticed over the years that Siyeon is really hard for guides to get right cause you cant really encapsulate her personality in small videos. She's not actually this hyper most of the time, in her solo vlives she has a very calm and soothing vibe and the things she talks about tend to be very intense and philosophical. The most excited she usually gets in these situations is about her baby niece and cookie run. Outside of that she subconsciously mirrors the energy of whoever she is with and adapts to them. With Sua she's a lot more energetic, with Yoohyeon she's extremely tender, with Dami she's a lot quieter etc. Since you like the confusion thing Siyeon gets confused a lot, apparently its because of exhaustion or getting distracted easily and zones out often so there are multi part comps of siyeon.exe has stopped working. For some additional coolness factor about her, she used to be a frontwoman in her highschool rock band and can play a bit of drums and bass (though the latter was because her bassist friend was hot and she never got far with it since its really painful). She was also on the student council, took taekwondo classes, has 3 tattoos in ridiculously painful spots and is a crack shot with an airsoft rifle.

At 5:28 you're correct! This was during their OOTD promotions. They had a music show performance that day and the shows tend to give the more senior groups gifts as thanks for being on the show. On this day they gave Dreamcatcher a specially decorated cake that they ate while waiting to perform but they didn't realize the black icing would stain their lips and they just got their make-up done for the show. They worried they were going to be griped out by their make-up artists! 😂

I suggest to watch their LIve Stage performances than the M/V, especially Ring Ding Dong. So fun to watch live.
