I have the same problem as you, 2 years on leg is still numb from knee down, but! I run 100 miles a mont and cycle probably 60 miles a week, had to build strength back up, the cycling was the best thing for it. Good to see a fellow sufferer getting back after those early dark days, I remember them well unable to walk more than 1 mile. Well done look forward to more You tube on your progress 👏👏👏

Hello, congratulations for the video, very informative. You mention that there will be other videos on how to use poles, but I can't find them in your account, can you please give me the access links? Thank you and have a good year

I ended up posting them all shorter on my Instagram in the end sorry but it’s on my list of January videos to talk about poles again now I can upload regularly 👌🏼

I’d love too but I can’t really , if it’s a disc herniation you need to be in contact with a good physio / doctor

I’d say after having a lot of knee swelling recently, I used their balm and it helped reduce the swelling. Granted this was along with icing it, but when icing alone the swelling wasn’t going down as fast.

Some case-studies or examples would be useful, with a table showing how stones and index adds-up for various scenarios. My main 2 questions though remain 1)if you complete one 100k world series race, do you get both 3 stones and an index in the 100k category ? 2)for the index looks like you just need to complete 1 single 100k "valid" race to have a 100k index for UTMB and it does not matter how high or low the index is when entering the ballot, so I guess the most important will be to get as many stones as possible for more chance in the draw?
@GaryHouseCoaching3 күн бұрын
Yes a stone just = an entry and you need the required index. So you could have 4 stones and miss out to someone who has 1 … someone I coach had 6 stones and still no entry.

So...a sports therapy massage is not relaxing, especially if you are rehabbing a muscle. Its incredibly painful because pressure needs to be applied to increase blood flow. This is done by directly pressing down on that injured muscle with their hands/instruments, or various types of rollers (foam, tennis ball etc).

Their best product imo is the freeze balm. How much of that is down to CBD is unknown. I only use it when I'm deep in to running training on my tired calfs and ankles. Also good after a hard race. I'd say it was one of those 1 percenters that if you can afford it then go for it but if not then you arnt really missing huge benefits.

This one felt easier, after following through and repeating your last ones I think a heavier weight might be in order 😮

Thank you Gary, loved this one. It's funny how you get to the second round and suddenly the sweat comes! I started out on a 6kg having never done anything like this before but think I'll need to up it to something a bit weightier!

I am getting back into exercise and Gary's approach is really helping me to stay motivated and feel as though the session is worthwhile. I can be quite competitive and overdo things, but Gary's videos are helping me to keep that in check and focus in the movement and not injure myself.

The step up in kettle bell weights seems to great on some exercises. I use kettle bells at local gym. Are there any additional precautions etc we should consider if we use dumbbells
