I am planning to tackle SUB5 soon. Yes yes, for sure. I am struggling with 3rd wind skip for no reason. I just can't find the timing for the new version, and meanwhile I unlearned the old one. Not sure which one to learn and therefore I am procrastinating it -.-

the "new" version is only used to get an easier FCE, unless you're going for sub 4:20 you shouldn't be doing FCE anyway so just do the easier old 3rd skip
