I mean, four years late, but Chloe Howl left Sony Music Labels during the exodus of female artists after their poor treatment of Kesha (freezing her career, cancelling her public appearances) when she accused her producer of sexual abuse. And, Sony threw out copyright strikes at many artists, including Howl for leaving. So, she's not legally allowed to make any money/sell songs she made with their label.

As far as I know, she doesn't have any albums, just EPs

I think she broke her contract a couple of years ago. Although I have seen someone editing music with her voice on her snapchat a few months ago. Hopefully she'll launch something soon! Try to ask her on twitter, she's very active.
