Seitdem dieser Song veröffentlicht wurde, ist er fest in meiner Dauer-Playlist verankert. Was für ein wunderschönes Lied! Es erzeugt einerseits das Gefühl von einer Umarmung eines guten Freundes und andererseits die Sehnsucht danach und auch eine Art Fernweh, aber doch irgendwie anders....

I will be the only one mind blown by this here, but almost 30 years after the wonderful "girls in love" I finally discover that Mr Dorau is not a one hit wonder at all but a discreet/unadvertised (well at least in France) multi-bangers perennial/evergreen. Every song I listen to/discover is better than the previous one and vice versa, from "die welt ist schlecht" to this and many others. Best europop surprise I had recently, with Tocotronic and a few danish bands. Need to dig deeper in that direction and to buy a few records.
