@@nziom I have since found out that the problem is due to the wrong display settings on a PC. Right click on the home screen, choose the sub menu -- display setting, -- then adjust to the 100% scale and layout .Thanks for letting me know you you had a similar problem, it spurred me on to find a solution.

Well in VLLO you can make a thumbnail by using full screen mode and capture the screen. It will save the selected frame as image. Thanks

@@bremertech9108 after I screenshot the full image do I insert that image in the beginning of the video during the editing process I'm not clear as to how that image becomes a thumbnail

Well any image can be a thumbnail either you want to use it at the beginning of the video. Similarly this image can be used in youtube as a thumbnail for your video.

@@bremertech9108 is there an option that I have to select as a thumbnail say if I had more than one still images in the video. Right now KZbin is selecting my thumbnails and it's not necessarily A still image sometimes so my question is if I insert it in the very beginning of the video does it automatically selected as my thumbnail for KZbin

I have videos on KZbin that start off with the still image but for some reason it picked a thumbnail of something towards the end of the video that wasn't even a still image so I'm trying to control what my thumbnail is going to be and I'm not really clear on how to do that

Thanks for the feedback and query. Well its quite easy if you have added an audio track added in the timeline. Just select the audio track and you will see a menu on top right side with options like volume, fade in & out. Just reduce half the volume from "1" to lets say "0.5". This way you reduce the background music.

@@bremertech9108 I have been working with VideoProc Vlogger for about 2 months and for the most part it is pretty simple... I have had a couple problems and because Digiarty doesn't have a phone line I get tired of dealing with IT since it takes a day or so to get a response... at least I don't say "How are you?" it would take 2 days to get an answer like, "Fine, how are you?" So I avoid anything that has to deal with a quick response... in fact I pretty much have given up on their support. One of the biggest problems I have is when "importing" files... I guess some of my Word Documents are in a ".docx" format and apparently VPV is formatted with ".Srt" formats and I don't know how to change them so that I can import a list of Veterans at the Battle that my film is about... I have also, run into the problem... I watch and take notes of all pertinent tutorials and one thing I have noticed... my VPV is updated into version 1.4.... and the ones that they show in the tutorials are not even close to that version... I really would like it, for the screens that they show and use in their tutorials would be close to what I have... it is not easy when "Carol" says, "Oh now you understand how .... works"... I feel like I am listening to Abbott and Costello performing, "Who's on First"... I mean it isn't even close. I did watch and take notes of yours and your system is based on the version 1.2, closer, but still no cigar. I have asked if there is ANYONE in Arizona or even in the Southwest of the USA who I could ask for help from... but I think, and I could be wrong, that I am the "ONLY" person using VPV in the USA. I would like to speak with someone who could give me some assistance to help me navigate through some of my problems... IF you happen to know of a phone number to call/person that could give me some help I would appreciate it. I am going to try and find more of your videos because they seem to be a bit more helpful than the VPV IT people, don't get me wrong they have helped a bit, but when I try to send them something, like a "log path" or "archive" of my project, I can only get so far and it ends up with me spending 3 days, to no avail, for getting an answer. @@MrJPBear Well if i undestood correctly that you have ".docx" format files and you want to import them in VPV right. Well there is a work around for this. I can even do i nice VPV video that might be helpful in completing your project, thanks.
