I cried so hard when Jax fell to his knees in tears. That scream. I miss SOA so much.

I'm revisiting Six Feet Under twenty years later. I just watched this episode tonight. It's one of the few I remember well; and it's also one of the best. It reminds me of the hysterically funny first episode with outrageous ads for mortuary products. And yes, Lauren Ambrose really has a great voice.

This scene and when Carrie and Big are dancing to "Moon River" are the two best scenes in the series. This scene was redone post 9/11 since the first scene was filmed with the twin towers in the back. I feel like they should have kept the first one as tribute to them because you can see the clear gap where they used to stand tall. I liked the scene with Carrie and Big because it is one of the only times where they are just enjoying each other and I absolutely love Moon River by Harry Mancini.
