Thank you for sharing... I stopped carnivore because I had to travel, but I definitely want to go back. It is truly life changing.

I’m happy for your improvements and grateful that you have also talked about the negatives. It surprised me, when seemingly unconnected issues, cleared up on Keto/Low Carb, things like bladder leakage. I’m not familiar with oxalate dumping so I look forward to that video. I got more RLS when I did short fasts, I actually felt the best on fasts that were 3 days or longer. Unfortunately a stressful event a few months ago derailed my journey and I’m back to square one with my weight and health and struggling to commit again to what I know helped me.

Yes! It's amazing how diet can help with so many issues. I'm so sorry your journey was derailed. I know it can be hard to get back into it...but you can do it!

Thank you! Yes, I am aware. 😊 I haven't eaten nightshades in over ten years. I love growing tomatoes and peppers because my family enjoys them. 💛

We need to raise a cow. I eat, keto, Foods you can eat on the keto diet include fish and seafood, meat and poultry, non-starchy vegetables like bell peppers, broccoli, and zucchini, avocados, berries, nuts and seeds, eggs, high-fat dairy products, olive oil and other oils, and high-cocoa chocolate. but I love bread.

Our family follows God's original plan in Eden, eating NO MEAT! I have chronic athsma, arthritis and I am dealing with early onset Alzhemeirs, but I won't add meat to my diet, regardless of what doctors say, because I know it's not healthy for me. Instead, our family started gardening and eating more nuts, leafy greens, tofu, & supplimental vitamins to boost what veggies lack and it has made a difference. I will be praying for you as you struggle with your health. I found a book on amazon called The Ministry of Healing by Ellen G. White and it helped. God bless you on your journey.

I tried carnivore last winter after a bad sinus infection. I couldn’t taste anything so I figured it wouldn’t be so bad lol. I did it for two months and lost almost 30 lbs without working out. I also stopped having a lot of joint pain in my hands. I think stopping seed oils also helped a lot as well as after I had some takeout it would really leave me feeling gross and nauseous. With carnivore, I never had that food coma feeling, no matter how much I ate. Happy to hear you have improved with a diet change and hope you are healed completely. I have a ton of fruit trees in the backyard and joked with my wife that I would have to replace them with a cow 🤣.
@lauraramosadams224925 күн бұрын
That is amazing! So glad to hear you had a positive experience with carnivore. So funny about the fruit trees.... but I totally get it!
@Hhaahland425 күн бұрын
I fell in love with growing our own food and planted a diverse array of edibles including many fruit trees, then found that a low carb diet was healthier generally but especially for me and my husband, which meant we were not going to be eating a lot of the things I had planted, especially the fruit. That has been a hard thing to reconcile, though it has made decisions on what vegetables to grow much simpler. We live in suburbia so raising our own protein is not viable though I do plan to add chickens to the mix. I’ve considered carnivore but am not ready to take that step. So for the time being I will stick with the low carb and plenty of protein and fasting until I perfect it and prove (or disprove) that I’m healing my body of it’s woes without the need to take it to carnivore. Remember God doesn’t always take away our tribulations but he promises to give us the strength to endure them. All the best with your personal journey.

@lauraramosadams2249Ай бұрын
Thank you! I hope it goes better for you next year. Another thing (besides thinning) that I think also helps is that I let mine grow for a long time. These carrots were in the ground for 5 months, which is a lot longer than what is recommended in the seed packets.

Thanks for the idras. I also have health issues, and i should really change my diet. I would like to know what you eat when you can't eat tomatoes. I love tomatoes, but i think i need to try to go without for a while to see if it helps me feel better
@lauraramosadams2249Ай бұрын
I'm sorry you are dealing with health issues. I just don't eat tomatoes and I don't use anything to substitute it. So for the meal with the tomato sauce for example, I would just set aside some beef without sauce and eat the beef with zucchini. Removing tomatoes and other things from my diet have really helped me manage my Rheumatoid arthritis. All the best to you ☺
