I disagree with your title. For handrails this would be classed as "rough". With the amount of fabrication time it would have been cheaper to buy x2 90 degree bends for a perfect fit-up and weld - if time and cost was a factor your fit-up should be good enough for a small fuse weld, acid, and then blend with a finishing mop and scotch brite.... this is not "welding on another level" the welds are below average to....

What was the purpose of spraying WD-40 onthe sprocket prior to cutting it up??😮

Please dont make bearing pullers from old chain wheels. 1 its cheaper to buy a set of pullers 2 those crappy tack welds wont hold Trust me im an engineer and this guy is a hack
