Mine when I go in virtual desktop it at least says I’m connected without plugging my link cable in and disconnects every 20 seconds or so

Everytime I run steamvr on Virtual Desktop, the view from my quest is pitch black. I tried verifying the integrity and rebooting my oculus to no avail.

Oh that means you need to plug your pc in beside your internet. Then, connect your ethernet into the back of your pc.

What is the point of virtual desktop if you still need a PC to stream on your oculus? The only thing that I would want it for, is to stream Roblox, VR from my house, which doesn’t have a PC My grandma’s house has my gaming PC

The point of it is it doesn’t need a good pc to run oculus link doesn’t work unless you meet the requirements virtual desktop doesn’t have requirements and it is good for work

@@TheUniversalRepublictf? that makes no sense, in fact most incompatible pc’s can run link. and you wouldn’t use link for multiple virtual monitors, link is a compatibility layer for the rift software to allow the quest to connect, not for work.

Have you try change the Preferred Codec? Step 1 Go to Virtual Desktop Streamer. Step 2 Go to Options. Step 3 Change Preferred Codec into HEVC or H.264

On virtual desktop streamer (on ur computer) go to the about section, then press check for interfering apps. Then fix any of the preventions

my ROG 1070 ti does this so flippin loud, its actually literally louder than any of the fans or hdd's and its relatifely quiet in 6-100 fps, but so loud from 120- 240 ;(

Any fixes yet? I upgraded from a 2070 super to a 3060ti and my usage went from 99% to 60-75% & 120-140 FPS same settings and all I’ve tried maxing settings but same thing. Modern warfare runs great at 99% usage and 170-180 FPS

Same happens for me, I have an RTX 3070, i5 10400 and 16 GB of RAM. Modern Warfare has instead 98% of GPU usage with everything at ultra and RTX ON. I play in 1080p.

my WD6003FZBX hdd does the kinda same thing when I full formatted it but it makes no noise so I had to feel it, it started thug slowly around every 5 seconds sometimes past the 69% format mark

my brand new WDC Black 6TB makes odd noise whenever i access files in the drive (installing apps, playing games, copying or moving files) i didn't notice the noise for the first couple of months because i rarely access files in it because i have my OS and mostly used apps in another SSD, just started noticing it a month ago (its 4th month since i bought it). so i am wondering whether i have to worry about my files.

Thanks for this video, I thought my WD 6tb black is getting faulty, what a big shame, I wish I didn't buy this stupid noisy HDD, its unbearable. I will have to buy a stupid Seagate and use this one as a backup drive.

That was so much horrible and difficult mission for me. in jungle you must fight against those Only crunch mode use try to get a vehicle near from a town. But dont fire at that time. Thanks for this video.

Glad you liked it. I have the entire first half of the game done. Looking forward to finish the second half and then the expansion. OFP was an impressive game for it's time! And this remake is very authentic and even harder than the original in some cases!
