Shared this with a load of NHS folks. This is far more common than you would think, hundreds of millions is wasted every year like this - next time you see some 6 figure pen pusher say more money is needed remember they waste about 1/3 of everything you pay into it. Nat should sent this to the head of her NHS trust and ask for a statement, after all her taxes paid for this.

There is an easier entrance to the left of where you went in BTW. I was there at the start of the year and had a good explore but it would be very easy to get lost in there with in its honeycomb labyrinth of tunnels if not prepared.

Certainly brightens up a corner in the forest. Definitively colourful, creative and unique, providing the abandoned mannequins with a new lease of life. Cycled past this once before and enjoyed it from the periphery but never ventured in. Nice you asked the guy before going in and appreciated his work. Great video of a real curiosity!

Such a great structure, it has a lot of potential. I have seen other phased developments in England from converted mansions. They really are spectacular if done right and the building can be converted into mixed lots with extended sections that replicate the style of the older buildings with similar, but newer, or repurposed materials. I saw one in England with 32 developments inside, weirdly the outside extension had 9 very boring apartments (why not 10, who knows?). But, the mansion, where the inside apartments fetched a lot of money was utterly amazing as they kept the entrance hall and the main driveway, for a number of apartments inside. My father and I didn't fit any flooring in the apartments in the mansion, I didn't know how many were there, they battled for planning permission for some of them, hence the delay. I think that's why this building is still like this, planning permission for certain structural changes must be causing delays.
