Stock 170? 😂😂😂😂😂 come on that is not stock we all know how fast the 170 is but that is not stock he is doing a 200 shot. And the cobra jet is not a manufactured car it is hand built from a 3rd party. Comparing apples to oranges. There both built to go down the strip.

It's probably the 8 speed vs the th400 or glide they're running in the ghost that makes that big difference too much shifting no matter how fast it is and the independent rear not really designed for drag racing

Something tells me that in the race between the Black Ghost and the orange Cobra jet, that the Cobra jet let off a little bit so its nose could drop back to the ground. To me, this is what led to it losing the race.

Yeah it's a fair race us boys in Florida burn dragsters down all the time they bring them out to Whitfield warehouses and lose problem with a dragster is it doesn't get traction on a street

Them C8s are incredible machines especially competes with cars 2-3x the cost but idk why anyone would want the hybrid. I've loved vettes since the C3 in my childhood but I hate how they're more like an exotic than a vette now. Lost that edge of muscle to a sports car... C8 lost the muscle.

Seriously a car specifically for drag racing only VS a hybrid with half the power. Run that back with a Zr1 when they drop be a closer race.
