great stuff! What did you use for the soundboard? And can you provide the thing you used to cut the design of the body? (not sure what that's called)

I think a Viking war boat would have made a nice bird feeder too.

Thank you for this beginners guide . In a art community full of people telling you this or that isn't accurate, I really enjoyed when you mentioned to stay true to your own style. Keep up the good work P.S the background music was extremely soothing 😌

Hi, thank you for the visit. Unfortunately the buildings I was renting for my apartment and my shop got demolished. My landlord tried his best to keep the shop but in the end the regulations were set in stone. I had to move and with rents and cost of living skyrocketing the chances of me finding something suitable and affordable were practically zero. I never made an official statement because I always hoped I would find something to start again.

I like it but I have some constructive criticism like with the spear head would have looked great if u ingraved the runes into the head instead of acid etching other ther that it's near dwarf level of craftsmanship before anyone starts hate me for saying the word dwarf u should rember dwarfs are the master craftsmans so to be compared to them says alot also ur missing some runes on ur gungnir replica

I like your workkk. Moreover, it made me want to make a copy of this production. What is the name of the symbol in the pattern you had put on the boarddd? (that's really badass)
@TheVikingWoodsmith2 жыл бұрын
Thank you! :) I am happy to hear I did inspire you. The Design is an illustration of Jormungandr and the two symbols are just commonly known as triquetra or celtic trinity knot. I didn't include it for some meaning, there are only just so many ways you can form a knot in a triangular space if you know what I mean. :D

Located in Austria, I appreciate the offer but I currently have all hands full with moving and probably having to close the shop for good. Once I have all that sorted out I can get my mind back on making stuff, whatever new direction that may take me.
