This is the NORTHWICH DANE VALLEY FLOOD PLAIN filmed by DRONE. This is where AINSCOUGH STRATEGIC LAND are proposing to build a large housing estate. This area floods on a regular basis, it has flooded in the past & make NO MISTAKE it WILL flood again in the future. The river you see is the DANE, one of the UK`s most unpredictable, levels here can rise very quickly indeed & the area can become UNSAFE in very little time. This footage is foused on the EXACT proposed build area, the film was shot after a period of DRY weather, therefore the WET areas you see are an indication as to how saturated this land actually is. Please pay particular attention to the condition of the river banks - these will be in very close proximity to access roads & houses (Families children & animals will live here ????) The proposed access routes to the proposed development will increase traffic conjestion in the area & will make existing residents lives unbearable in terms of traffic & noise. Access via both proposed routes (Langley & Hollands) are both wholly unsuitable.
