The density in niff 2 is terrible. Would you think abandoned lab 2 be better if it was relatively empty? The spawn rate there is amazing.

Its reduce elemental resistance, well we always do elemental damage as Physical Neutral or Magical Neutral

It should be same as MA build but no MA and Poison React. Stats only fix Str 124 and Luk 126, other just as you wish to allocate.
