I’m sick with Covid. I’m planning on doing short term rentals to medical / healthcare travelers and see how that goes for a year or two. If I’m able to cover costs and make a decent profit, I’ll be happy. I’m not going to sell my house now because I’ve recently married and even though I’m extremely happy I still tend to be cautious with the future because of our ages.
