Makes me think of ''The pusher'' mixed with ''Louie Louie''... but it's got it'own vibe anyway.

Why is there two different versions - there is this one that opens with the vocals and then there's one with the instrumentation open??

God damn man. I’m 32 and all I heard in my parents car going anywhere was golden oldies and this style of classic free rock n roll. This all needs to come back. It touches the soul.

Rather sinister, trippy vibe which rides well with the b&w video. Good post. TY. EDIT: Pandemic Daze 2020 mood music & it still sounds good.

It's been a long long ride, Don't know where I'll sleep tonight. Oh under the stars Or maybe in your bed alright. Against the wind I crossed your desert today. Don't care what you say Cause baby I'm goin'a stay. Yeah I'll comb this whole beach over Trying to find the love that'll stay. It's been a long, long journey Don't know where I left my mind. Down in the canyon Or maybe in the back of your ride. I'm heading down by the river To kill your daddy tonight And by the break of day You know that we'll be outta sight. Girl I'll search this whole world over Trying to find the love that'll stay

Out on the water's where you're gonna find me All alone with with my mind, headed for a bounty I've been living so long all by myself I can't think of living with anybody else I'm an oyster pearls locked up in a shell You better bring that diving bell, oh But I want you near I wanna whisper to your ear Wanna hold your hand I wanna be your man, alright Out on the river's where you're gonna find me All alone with my thoughts, headed for a bounty I've been living so long in a habitat Where the land's mighty rocky but the river stays flat Can you show me something make me part with that, oh no But I want you near I wanna whisper to your ear Wanna hold your hand I wanna be your man I'm gonna get you girl Like I got you Wrap you up in paper, bite you You're the pretty little thing that I've gotta have 'Cause I want it

This song has to be influenced from the Doors the lyrics are Poetic with a dark side about killing your daddy which is much like Jim Morrison and surf guitar riffs similar to Robbie Krigerer.
