I have never heard G say something was good so that was actually a massive compliment on the French dip even though there was too much bread. The fries looked good too. The place was full too so Chris must have some talent.

Alot of people are bashing on chris, and yess he is behaving like an ass, however working in a kitchen is a stressful job. Combine that with not knowing what hes doing, 200k debt abd whatever anxiety disirder he has and this would happen to anyone.

Love Bites closed a month after the episode was shown. It was actually already sold, the sell finalized right before the episode aired. The new owner changed everything Ramsey did in the redo and the place is now called, The Town Cafe. On their Facebook post Chris and Tess said they were closing after six years to repair their health and relationship. Let's hope for their renewed passion for each other!

I’m a chef, I understand the stress but if my mum was helping me and I spoke to her or my girlfriend like that I would be battered even under stress you should treat your staff with respect, the kitchen I run we look out for each other there’s no shouting or swearing we come to work to have fun and enjoy our profession, yes it’s stressful at times but my team have been with me for years as we enjoy working as a family and respect each other

Tess needs to get away from that guy. She's too good for him. He will never change and will always be a smug, abusive asshole. If he can talk like that to her in the restaurant, I cringe to think of what goes on in their home. He doesn't love her, he loves to abuse her. He has serious mental issues. She seems like a nice girl and it's sad that she has health issues at such a young age. She deserves better, someone who can really care for her. He isn't it. I speak from experience.

This is how it is to run a busy kitchen. A lot of people step into it, thinking they can figure it out. But they can't. That's why this show is so popular. The drama in the kitchen is the amusing part. But not for the people caught in the middle of this garbage. We watch, while they suffer.
