Is issues with tennis and golfers elbow possibly based in the shoulders? I have terrible shoulders and now a suffering from tennis and golfers in the right elbow and golfers in the left. I’m miserable

Thank you so much! I finally figured out how I managed to rip my Achilles tendon in spin class. I think one , the seat was probably too high, and second I was not using cleats . My toes were pointed down during the classes. After one week of daily classes, my Achilles ripped, and I got “saddled” out of exercise for a month! I also have plantars fasciitis to deal with now, all because of bad form on the spin bike!

Oh man. My doctor still has not given me a referral. This is a long term thing. My bones crack, maybe arthartis, Some relief is felt when i pull back my shoulders, but it comes back right away.

Oh wow.. 7 year old video. Wonder if you're still on here? I'd like to ask: is this ok to do if you know for a fact your neck is not aligned correctly? I am able to turn my head and it's not so bad that I have to undergo surgery. Well, the risks are greater than some possible benefit and that's why they said after taking an MRI the doctor said: yes two disks in the lower part of my neck are slightly out of whack (from an accident I had as a child) but I'm not going to do anything about it. But if I could do something to help myself. So thanks in advance!

This is done wrong. The woman is putting ON tension because there was non it when she was told to release, you can see it twist! Hate to say it but I was confused for a few minutes before I figured it out!
