Because am involved the story by Maduka is totally false. Maduka as chairman of Credit Committee of Access Bank denied banking facility to capital oil. He discussed oil business with Capital and decided to get the loan for himself for use by Capital oil for which the bank charges interest whilst capital oil pays 40% of the profit. That is insiders dealings its unethical banking practice. Listen to him the facility is secured with assets and guarantee of Ifeanyi. Now how is it his money? Its banks money secured in event of default the security is sold to realise the money. Now Maduka list his seat on the board of Access for his unethical practices. The principal sum was repaid to the bank by both parties. The total was N22b. The bank waived N2b. Maduka paid N4b whilst Ifeanyi paid N16b. The truth is that Maduka actually wanted to take over capital oil and the effort failed. He had gotten order of court from London and was taking over the assets when Amcon stepped in. But for Amcon Maduka would have taken over capital Oil. His Maduka starting point to wealth is fraud he committed against alot of businessmen in Nnewi whilst under a business a friend set up for him known as cosdave Nigeria Limited. The history is known in Nnewi.
