Hello Mike! Within your Pic-Time account, we'd recommend selecting the "Chat" icon in the lower right corner of the page. Once selected, please click the PIC-TIME HELP CENTER link. This will direct you to our knowledge base center. WIthin the search bar, you can look up any topic, but in this case, I would recommend typing "Uploader" so you will see the Uploader Guide article appear. This will provide access to all information needed regarding the uploader, how to download the application, how it works, etc. Thanks for your interest and have a wonderful day!

Users on the Free and Beginner plans can purchase the blog retention add-on (in Settings > Plans & Billing), which is only for keeping existing blogs online. If you downgrade from Professional/Advanced to Beginner/Free, your existing published blogs will show as offline. The retention plan does not allow you to create or edit blogs, only to keep blogs online.

Hello! Client galleries can not be embedded on an external website. You can share a link on an external website, but the gallery can not be embedded. The closest thing that you can do is to create blog post for the gallery and you can embed the blog post on an external website. Hello! If you are having Pic-Time collect payments, then the commission would be collected on any profits made from sales through Pic-Time. In this example, yes, Pic-Time commission would apply to the sale of Simple Sales collections, and then would also apply to any profits collects on orders placed later by the client. If there was no profit on a later order, then no commission would be collected. You can also collect payments yourself as the photographer, but doing so would mean you have to tie your own payment processor (like PayPal, Stripe, Square), pay the processing fees for having them collect the payment for you, and would need to handle collection / payment of any sales tax.

I'll try explaining it here, but if you are still having trouble, please reach out to our live chat support as they will be able to provide additional help! If you are wanting to preview the app emails while creating the app, hover over the email in question and select the "EDIT / Pencil Icon" option. Within the popup window, you will be able to preview what the client will see and make any updates as you see fit. If you are wanting to preview the app emails after the app has been created and assigned to the gallery, please access project you have assigned the app to, select the Automation & Discounts tab. Within the tab, hover your cursor over the app you are hoping to preview, and select the 3 dots seen on the right side of the app's row. This will expand the options drop down menu. Within this menu, please select the "PREVIEW" option and then you can generate previews of gallery banners and emails. All preview emails would be sent to your account email address.

Hello Abraham! Yes. You can upload GIF files to Pic-Time galleries with clients having the ability to download them from the gallery as well.
