Mental Health staffing is a big issue. My VAMC therapist can only provide short term care even though I need longer term care. I also need specialist care that is not available at my local VAMC.

I was denied coverage from the VA to the Mayo Clinic because there is “no contract in place with the Mayo Clinic.” Good thing I have private insurance through my employer. The VA offered me 8 hours of therapy compared to the 105-hour program I went through with Mayo that COMPLETELY turned my life around. We deserve better from the VA! Thank you, Senator Moran, for fighting for us! ❤

I really like this Whitley Yates. She is very articulate and she really has a good grasp on her beliefs. I could listen to her and watch debates with her for hours because she is so unique and such a breath of fresh air. I am a white woman but she says everything that I feel and she is so intellegent and classy in her presentation. Seems like she should be a vice president. Anyways just had to comment. I mean..., this charade of pretending that we have to adhere to a federal budget when more and more Americans are being forced to wake up to the reality that we now routinely electronically generate we the peoples' $s in the TRILLIONS in order to meet federal expenditures is just pathetic on your part. You come across as publicly denying the reality of what I call the Equity Spending (ES) process that is better known as deficit spending and/or quantitative easing (QE) in the hope that the American people will "play along" ..., what..., for indefinitely? Here's the deal, Mr. Cusack, due to the fact that we do indeed now routinely electronically generate we the peoples' $s in order to meet federal expenditures and this means that there is no need for an actual federal budget, but rather just some spending guidelines which I guess you could call a "budget"? In any case, we all now know that there will probably be that extra $2 TRILLION in federal spending tacked on at the end of the fiscal year. The crux of the matter, Mr. Cusack, is that even though we the peoples' electronically generated $s spend exactly the same as we the peoples' forty-hour workweek paycheck $s, it is nonetheless impossible to actually borrow or payback, for that matter, we the peoples' electronically generated $s... because these $s are in fact we the peoples' electronically generated $s, and YES..., it is all just that simple, as far as "The Big Picture" is concerned. In conclusion, with these facts thus stated it has become obvious to more and more Americans that we do NOT actually have a national debt, but instead we only have a pretend national debt that is really nothing more than our irrelevant federal deficit (President G.
