I never had the awakening until I switched to Kimilla. Yes it’s more difficult but because it’s more intense than many others on youtube you get 100 times more out of it.

THANK YOU GURU KIMILLA...... I HAD A SEVERE EXCRUTIATING PAIN IN MY RIBS. AT THE BACK.....I THOUGHT IT WAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH HEART ...MY FRIEND SAID SHE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM....AND IT WAS GAS...THE PAIN CONTINUED FOR 2 DAYS...AND I WAS CRYING .... NO PAINKILLERS OR ANTIGAS TABLETS OR EMULSIONS HELPED..... I HAD STOPPED YOGA FOR SOMETIME AS I AM GOING THROUGH DEEP STRESS AND PAIN AND DEPRESSION AFTER MY MOTHER PASSED AWAY COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO.... I JUST FELT AN INNER URGE TO REVERT BACK TO YOUR LESSONS GURU....AND WHILE SETTING MY INTENTION ACCORDING TO YOUR INSTRUCTION....IT WAS ONLY TO RELIEVE THIS PAIN.....PAINFULLY I PUSHED MYSELF BACK INTO THE FLOW AS I HAVE PUT ON FEW EXTRA KILOS.... AT THE END OF THE KRIYA....THE MIRACLE JUST HAPPENED...THE PAIN VANISHED.....I AM SO GRATEFUL TO YOU GURU ...YOU HAVE BEEN SPREADING THIS GOLDEN KNOWLEDGE AROUND THE WORLD....MAY GOD BE WITH YOU IN ALL YOUR ENDEAVOURS..... Hi Kimilla, I'm wondering which yoga do you do when you're on your cycle? Most of kundalini seems to include inversions and/or breath of fire--is there a practice you can recommend for cycle days? Thank you!
