I have to look down because i need to see the level of the floor. Any uneven ground and my knee goes and my ankle goes with it. Is there a reason you shouldnt look down? Is it extra weight on the front?

Im so happy to see a proper running video, i was looking at photos of runners and that long stretch they do really pisses me off, i guess im being political, but i really dont think long stretch running is right or healthy for "casual running" which yes, i consider marathons a game, so casual.

not gonna lie running with my head down does something for me mentally. kinda helps me stay in the moment when i run with my head up i tend to focus more on the destination and finish and it makes me burn out quicker

I so agree! I get a huge runner’s high…almost hypnotized by looking at the road in front of my feet. If I look in the distance, I can’t get into the same headspace and it’s so therapeutic to be there!
