Mind sharing that if you are doing fixed panel shower screen, why are you still doing a kerb below it? If it is not L shape kerb, just the fixed panel screen alone will be enough?

because the aluminium U channel that the glass is sitting in needs to be secured by drilling into the tiles for safety reasons. and we cannot drill into original floor tiles in order not to damage waterproofing 👍🏼

we checked with them and talked about it on the next video, only that portion was squeezed into 1 insulation due to trunking too small. we checked aircon ledge and indeed it was 1pipe 1insulation 🤷♀ so we also close one eye 🙃 although i feel everything 1pipe 1insulation better

Bro i mount my 75 inch tv weight about 30kg on the partition board where u gonna mount ur tv console. so far no problem Plus the installer told me can mount up to 85inch tv weight so your tv console should not be any issue.

Your vanity sink, better to install the bottle trap. If not will have foul smell over time, cause there's no bottle trap to trap the smell from coming up.

It will be safer to install wall mount TV & floating TV console on a real wall but if really want to install on drywall then need to strengthen it with backing & studs & brackets but not advisable.

Have to strengthen the wall for both the tv and tv console. And a lot of contractors advise not to mount tv console…
