Within a few seconds of the first song starting, I thought it sounded reminiscent of Kiss, on their "Unmasked", and "Dynasty", albums. Thanks for sharing.

@@SnuffyWuffles to my knowledge this was it. A lot of bands like that in the '70s. I thought they were awesome. They were so many bands then it was always something new coming out some stuck around some didn't. Apparently 40 people wanted on discogs which kind of surprised me.

Wow! Oh, Wow! Love Doris, such a wonderful, glowing talent! But what a different time! At first, the attitued seems sweetly submissive and supportive, but then it becomes creepy and condescending. I'm a man. I was born in 1955. I never expected any woman to behave this way towards me, and I never would have wanted it. I admired the girls I went to school with. Many were just as smart as I was, and many were far smarter. Of course, I undertand the social milieu from which this song is inspired. But there were plenty of men and women, even then, that knew this construct to be pure rubbish. It a piece of history. The time in which it was created does not diminish it. It merely creates reference points. Doris Day, the voice of an accomplished artist. Thank you for posting.

yesterday i put on my SL-1310 to hear a 74 album from Return to Forever and Mothership , only have Lady Coryell i think released in 1970 or earlier but close. I still use the original cartridge and stylus ,only have two more stylus after have to buy maybe the 2Mblack from ortofon is close to it´s original sound, if i don´t die before spending the two stylus i still have, nice turntable ,today would cost a fortune to meet the same quality, also have the SL-1000MKII with original MC cartridge and preamplifier for it. Have it hooked on a late 70´s revox receiver with JBL speakers , 79 technics cassette deck and akai open reel deck, the GX-4000DS and a PD-7100 cd player from pioneer ,my late 70´s system with a 87 cd player PCM58 Burr Brown internal DAC

The lead guitar sound on the first track is something every modern player would love to cop. This music gives me a strong Eagles vibe at times, but they definitely had their own sound. There is something about hearing music on the media it was intended to be mixed and EQ'd for-vinyl. Just staring at the record spin is an experience I haven't had in a while. It has a hypnotic quality to it.

@@VinylpilledWI I did the same allthough in my region only after two years a old man with 96 years old died of Covid because his family went to visit him and in the countryside yet to appear one covid case, heard 70´s album´s i didn´t even remenber how they sounded , but had a song or two of each in my mind but in general didn´t remenber how the lp´s sounded ,about eagles believe it or not but only liked hotel california song the album sounds bad to me it still looks new , but i don´t get it i heard other Lp´s but i can´t get it and they were junkies they say the most of all bands ,i was kind of a heavy drugs consumer but never enough to get hooked only stoped when i was 50, including alcohol, smoking i can´t stop and maybe i´ll die of lung cancer as i smoke like a beast, but with 82 i´m good only gain weight in the last three years 50 kg to be more acurate(no longer can enter in my 72 Lotus Europa) , let´s see how it ends for me , sorry for the dark coment about life but music makes me get through this, maybe the last years of my life or i´ll appear on t.v. when i´m 100 years old and when asking me the secret of my longevity i´ll say sports till i was 32 and smoke a lot even when it doesn´t feel like smoking a cigar ,smoke it, i thought when rolling my own cigars i´ll reduce but today i smoke 30grams of tobaco in two days and it´s still with nicotine, the packs of cigars only taste to me like chemicals not nicotine, i can smoke three marlboro cigars from a pack and i fell like i ain´t smoke any ,normally after work as i´m retired but have some agriculture including some cows ,sorry for the long coment and out of topic
