Despite these changes, it's still not worth getting this card. Amex needs to understand the indian customer and take examples from HDFC Infinia. Although the premium is not that high on Infinia but the benefits exceeds any premium cards. What I feel is missing on Amex is the weak point system, for example they could give MR points on renewing the card (without any conditions) and instead of 3x points it should have been 10x points along with existing benefits of Airline and Hotels.
