Tough loss for the Justice as the Lockhorns corrected their approach for game 2 and unloaded on the poor unsuspecting Miele. Great offensive output for them and the Justice did respectably against Ventura, but Les is more in this one as he kept any even keel long enough for Rodin to enter and bail him out. Looks like we've got an entertaining series on our hands as we head out to the Lockhorns ballpark, which is Stade Royale if I remember correctly. Can't wait to see what happens next! Great win today as the Outlaws left no doubt as to whether or not they were ready for the postseason by sending the Pythons home with that shutout loss. Great pitching for Lillie as she used that juiced status to her favor throwing a two hitter. The offense clicked well behind Colon and Babchisin's homers as we cruised to victory. Great job by Centercut to win the MVP and ROTY coming just the homerun crown shy of a triple crown session. Also big ups to Justice for finally breaking out for us, that's our first round pick. I liked the roster moves for Machoman and Bale as both give us suitable options for the bullpen and bench respectively. Can't wait to see how this team does in the postseason! Good luck on that front, great content as always buddy! #TheNastyOne

Great competitive game for both teams, but once again, the Prowl gets the best of the Artics. Great pitching today from Ramos as he kept the Artics' hitters guessing all day while the offense all gave Turnpike and Longbottom fits as they kept their feet on the gas. Now they just have to keep their feet on the throats of the Artics as they look to sweep on the road next time out. Great content as always buddy! Really enjoying the tournament so far! #TheNastyOne

Now they have to head to their new home and find a way to fight back for the reverse sweep! I'm glad you're enjoying the tournament! It has been very entertaining to record! Great win today against the Maulers! Mashington pitched his heart out and gave us a chance to win by holding their offense at bay. Shame Maddox had a poor outing that led to the blown save, but glad we bailed him out with a clutch homerun from Centercut to secure the walk-off win. I swear if he doesn't win MVP or at the very least Rookie of the Year I'll sue the developers lol jk. Great days for Dealer and Le as well as both contributed heavily to the win offensively. Glad we also got to nail down our playoff berth, but sadly the Maulers took care of business in their finale and will be division champs. At least we put up a hell of a fight and also have a chance to defend our title. Let's go out in the finale and have some fun with it while also screwing the Pythons out of a playoff berth! Boy did Mashington put on a clinic or what?! Giving up a solo shot to Hensley is ok with me when this team is capable of so much more! The offense did their job up and down the lineup today, but Maddox was the player who let us down today... It's a shame to see him regress as he gets older. So thankful that we managed to come back in the 6th with a clutch double from the struggling Scirelli and then the HUGE walk off HR from Tony! I don't think there's any doubt that he's the Rookie of the Year, but I would be shocked if he isn't also MVP! Excited to see how this team finishes the season as it didn't look like we had a chance at the playoffs at all earlier this season! Thanks for following along and commenting as always!

Welp, that sucked. I'm glad to see Makai succeed in his revenge game against us, as our offense was atrocious. Thompson's decision making on that steal attempt really screwed our only sustained rally of the game and I'm hoping I'm not seeing a reincarnation of Joe Tent over there. Great pitching from Boyd and Shipwreck kept us in it though so I'm happy with the bullpen in this one. Glad this is such a back and forth matchup, I expected nothing less from your team Jake. It really didn't look like your bags would have been able to do anything as Botham had his pitching working perfectly today! Thompson has been struggling for sure, but I'm certain he will get things sorted as he's one of the best hitters in the tourney! What a comeback victory for the Outlaws as a massive fourth inning for the offense sees seven runs come across and put the game out of the Marauders' reach. Great day from Ramon Le as he cranked two homers and drove in five runs to pace the offense with assists from Mays, Colon and Scirelli all going deep as well. Rough outing for Shah as he gave up four in the first, but great work by McMahon and Lopside to slam the doors shut after Shah and Launcheros left it open. We've put ourselves in a great spot to make the playoffs, we just need one more win to lock it up as we'll win the tiebreaker over the Dirt Dogs for sure and two wins will give us the division title as long as the Maulers lose their regular season finale. The team is peaking at the right time again, just need to be consistent for the final two games. Great move to go get Mashington as I think he's a much better option to have over Sicily on the roster, and a better choice to pitch against the Maulers over Dubbs. Let's see if he can tap into his first season performance and show the promise he once had on the Below Zeros roster. Can't wait to see how the rest of the season shakes out for our Outlaws! The offense was on point today which was necessary with our pitching struggles from Shah and Launcheros. Ramon Le has been wonderful and seeing actual production from Colon has really helped where Quintana has been struggling. The team is looking really good right now, but we aren't done yet! We need to win at least 1 and ideally 2 if we want to feel confident about our playoff hopes! Mashington should be a big part of that if he can pitch more like his year 1 self. Brutal loss for my Underworld in Game 1… things were looking great early but the bullpen was a little shaky. Even the start from Tumblo wasn’t great. The walks thankfully didn’t bite him in the butt. Underworld were in prime position to get some offense going in the top of the 6th but the top of the lineup couldn’t come through for us. Still an awesome game and great content as always!

Rough loss here in the first half of the doubleheader as Sicily failed to make a good first impression and the offense couldn't come all the way back to catch the lowly Burners. In a game you would've been projected to win, the team fell flat unfortunately. Decent days for the offense as they do put up 5 runs, unfortunately the pitching wasn't up to snuff once again. Here's hoping your guys can bounce back in Game 2, otherwise it may be time to look ahead to season 3 if the team continues to fall further and further out of the hunt. Things looked great to start this game, but I wasn't feeling great about the offense not being able to capitalize in some critical situations. And we just missed about 4 HRs all game long! Sicily looked ok to begin, but fell apart in the 3rd and I question the decision to Dane Rollins who has been pitching well, but has been overworked as of late. I think that played a part in that 4 run 3rd. Despite the late rally in the 6th, we couldn't overcome the deficit and lost a winnable ballgame. Let's hope we can split this series or we might be kissing our playoff chances goodbye! Thanks for watching and commenting as always!

That is the definition of Elite level players from the Elite Discord League! On a normal day, both of those pitching performances are good enough to win you a game, but not in this league! Tough loss today as it started off promising with Centercut's double in the first and Ramon's diving hero play, but Lillie came apart against the bottom of their lineup and we just couldn't solve their bullpen pitchers to save our life. Kudos to our bullpen for keeping us in the game, but it was too little too late for us when the offense decided they were going to make it an interesting ending. I think it was a good call to wait on Vincent just to get some more development into the team, but to also see what else becomes available. Don't want to get locked into a move only to have something better pop up later on. We're still sitting in a competitive spot as we get ready to take on the bottom dwelling Burners. Hopefully we can win these next two games and keep ourselves in the hunt while applying pressure to the Pythons and Maulers. Very cool video! Im actually the guy who had commented about another shuffle draft video and you delivered in grand fashion. Nice job making it nearly all the way to the final round of the playoffs too. Ive done alot of simulated seasons on this game (rarely make the playoffs but have fun w/ the drafts) good video sir! One think I wanted to ask, maybe its just me but I also do 162 game seasons as you did here and while the offensive stats tend to balance out, the pitching stats are always super wonky. Especially regarding the starters. Most of the time, even my BEST starters have .500 records or lose more than wins and some relief pitchers tend to have the majority of the win. Dunno if its something on my end or just the norm with this game. Either way, cool video and concept.

I'm really surprised that this team was as successful as it was! I don't think they will all work out that well lol. Yeah, I think this game is just weird in that the AI picks the weirdest times to pull pitchers. Sometimes it's way too early and sometimes it's way too late. That's what skews the pitching numbers I think. Most seasons end with a RP leading the league in wins which doesn't make much sense. Unfortunately, I think this is just the way the game is. Great concept to start working with! I'm surprised at how well the team succeeded while only really focusing on velocity and speed as the primary drafting rating for each player. Looks like a bit of a deja vu feeling for the Artics as the Prowl take them to task thanks to a big offensive output despite the struggles of their ace Rose Smile and their inability to solve Werner Daniel still being present. This team is so frustrating right now! The Reapers are a great team, and Chucky Mayer is an incredible pitcher, but man, we look dead in the water.... Lang is out of his depth now and had to go, but I'm worried that Maddox might be regressing too now that he has BB Prone. I hope today was just an anomaly. It was nice to see the HR from Colon, but right now, it's just her, Tony and Giovanni as the only producers. Where's Rock? Where's Dalton? Where's Braden? If we want to compete, we gotta get our shit together! Lang was so good for us last year, but he just didn't have it. I wish him luck, but I'm hopeful that Sicily will do better for us. Branch was frustrating because she could have been so much better for us than she was.... @Scootsie16Ай бұрын
If we lost this game, I might have started thinking about next year already! Instead, we get the offense back on track and get a big performance from our "ace"! I hope Madden can look more like this going forward and we can consider game 1 of the season to be a fluke! Yeah, Havoc Sandman is terrifying every time he steps up to the plate! I'm glad we were able to keep him at bay for this double header! Not looking forward to seeing him in the future lol! Thank you! I'm really proud of that logo! The barbed wire looks really good and the color scheme is pretty solid!

Really tough loss, hate saying it but we were outmatched by a helluva roster. Hopefully Lang can turn it around next start. Think this one can be chalked up to getting matched up against a powerhouse of a team. Looking forward to seeing what game 2 brings!

@@OverdogsFanatic Yeah, the Marauders are an intimidating team and the deck was stacked against Lang right out of the gate! Man, Skyler Rocket would look so good on our team! I'd trade Dalton for him in a heartbeat lol. Let's see if we have enough fight to battle back in game two. The offense really needs to get going if we want any chance of splitting the double header! Thanks for watching and commenting!

Great win today! The offense absolutely unloaded on the poor Bone Chills pitching staff and hit five homers with rookie Tony Centercut leading the charge once again. Reminding me a lot of rookie phenomenon John King from my Heaters series. Hopefully Centercut is the real deal though and is not just a one season wonder. Great pitching from Dubbs today she picked up right where she left off in the postseason and showed that we made the right move bringing her back this season. Let's keep this going next time out! Great content as always buddy! #TheNastyOne

@@PRAKNASTY so much fun when the team plays like this! Everyone was locked in and the offense destroyed the Bone Chills pitching staff while Dubbs did what she does best: get the Dubbs! Tony and Rince are looking like stars already! 🤩 It was fun laying a smack down after the tough loss against the Sneaks. Tough loss… Love seeing the fight at the end at least. Rough start by the new arm, hope to see more from Zimmerman. But great outing from Crisp Lopside. Very steady. Very nice seeing some output from Quintana and Colon though! Especially after Quintana slumped so much in the postseason. Carr for the Sewer Sneaks is a dream closer for me. Would be so tempting to go out and get a pitcher like her.

@@OverdogsFanatic this was a disappointing start from our new ace. Definitely expected more from him. Glad to see the offense put up a flight, but it was too little too late and outside of Crisp, the bullpen couldn't get it done. That closer is a dream! Having 3 pitches AND Clutch?! How can you not want her?! Thanks for watching! We have a tough task following the championship in season 1, but this team can do it, I think!

Great offseason for the team as you were able to keep most of the pieces you wanted to and only had to sacrifice a few of them to make the budget work where you wanted it at for the most part. I agree with the choice to cut Stubbs and Love as both seemed to be expendable given how well you boosted the bullpen and also because Gerry was just a glorified designated hitter at best. Loved the shot of youth this team got with the additions of Launcheros, Branch, Rollins, Shah, Zimmerman, Welch, Dealer and Centercut. All of these players will be key contributors for this team within the next year or two for sure. This pitching staff is much improved from last year, especially the bullpen, and also the offense is much younger and hungry to improve themselves. Can't wait to see Colon, Le, Quintana, Mays, Snyder, Babchishin, Scirelli, Lang, Dubbs, Maddox, and Crisp again when we pick things back up in season two. RIP to Love, he did what we asked of him, but his time was up and it was the right move to let him go in the end. Can't wait for season two's opener, great content as always buddy! Also, great job in maximizing your Tier 3 traits and limiting your tier 1 traits! #TheNastyOne

Man, this offseason was hard as hell… Gerry Love was a necessary cut for salary in the end. You couldn’t get rid of the young stud. Would’ve been nice to have Stubbs in the pen, but that’s an expensive luxury. Made a lot of sense going cheaper there in the end. Would’ve really liked to see that 31 year old SS come in over Le, but that would’ve really put a massive strain on the surplus. It’s a really tough call swapping Le and Kirk. They’re so close in overall and having the extra funds would be nice for sure, but Le is just built different. I’m most excited to see how things shape up on offense. If Colon performs, this squad could be scary as hell. Really hoping to see development out of the young pieces. Centercut, Branch, and Welch are all very intriguing. I think that bullpen is going to surprise you, definitely think you could’ve afforded to cut a little more cost there seeing how you had a reliever last year that didn’t see the field a single time in the regular or post season. Good stuff though and always enjoy the content!!!

Great episode! I don't mind the split into two episodes as I know you need to be extra sure about what players to bring in given your chemistry restraints. Also loved the choice to add an extra year everytime you win a title. That gives you the leeway to leave if you become too dominant, but also allows you more of a window to play with players you've grown fond off. Shame to see Lavine retire but glad we got him a ring before he hung em up at 30, think he's the youngest I've ever seen retire, and also sad to lose Rory but I understand he wasn't really selling you as the ace and his injuries kinda limited his effectiveness for us this year. Hope he catches on somewhere else. Can't wait to see who you bring in for part 2, maybe a Ramon reunion is on tap? Great content as always! #TheNastyOne

Thanks for understanding! I'm so bad when it comes to the off-season lol. It takes me forever because I always try to evaluate EVERY ANGLE and it takes way too long! Sad that Lavine retired, and agree that Bowen was nice, but he was more expensive than he was worth IMO. Stimulated just makes him more expensive and at a required tier 1, it will almost never activate. We had to go a different route there. Can't wait to see what you think about the new team!

Man this was cool to watch, my teams usually never make the postseason let alone the World Series and win in year one to boot! Doesnt get anymore crazier than that. The draft video you had posted for this team really helped me understand how the shuffle draft works and its still appreciated. Rock hitting the grand slam to basically seal their fate was an amazing moment and the most least expected clutch hit you could have asked for. The Mays homer afterwards was just a cherry on top. Good stuff sir, looking forward to more vids and more draft vids too!

Congrats on the Championship! What a performance all around from everyone in this game! Rory was on point for us only making one mistake in his four and two thirds innings before yielding to Maddox to slam the door for us with another scoreless outing. (And he avoided a third injury to himself this season.) Then we look at the offense, Babchishin set the tone with the early homer, Mays capped it with his after that bases loaded single earlier and Rock finally breaks through with a grand slam to put the game out of reach! You were definitely rewarded for sticking with the MVP and allowing him to leave his stamp on the series! So glad to see this team succeed especially after the middling time you had with the Thunderbolts! Can't wait to see what happens in the offseason with this team and if you'll stick with this team for the full five years after achieving your objective of a championship in your first season. Hope to see most of the team back with the goal of running it back next season! Also for Team MVP I'd like to give that to either Scirelli or Babchishin on offense for their consistent play throughout the postseason and how frequently they set the table for the guys behind them, and to Dubbs for her great pitching that came out of nowhere this postseason! Man that Quintana grand slam was absolutely poetic. How can you not be romantic about baseball? Dude was in a playoff long slump, hitting below .200 and constantly looking lost at the plate. Playing him through the slump was 100% justified by that moment. Bowen pitched himself a nice little game. Despite that dinger he gave up, he was super steady. Never thought this team was destined for the championship, but anything can happen in the playoffs, all you gotta do is get in and give yourself a chance.

Great game for Dubbs, she's did more than enough to earn the win today, but it just wasn't in the cards for her unfortunately. So it'll all come to a head next time out as we decide the Chem Lock League's first ever champion! Can Rory Bowen pitch well and outduel the Scroungers ace, Reeve Blackwell? Can the offense wake back up and return in time to help us claim the championship? Will Rock Quintana contribute in any meaningful way this postseason? Great win and congrats on punching your ticket to the Championship Series! Great pitching from the bullpen in relief of Bowen who didn't do terribly bad but wasn't at his best thanks to the injury. Great homer from Snyder as he gave us all the offense we'd need to get the job done and then great on Jeterson to bring home that insurance run in the 6th to give us a bit of breathing room. Don't love the aggressive baserunning in this one as we shot ourselves in the foot multiple times and may have had a bigger lead come the final inning, but at the end of the day a win is a win and I won't complain too much. Looking ahead against the Scroungers you're going to need your offense to beat their pitching into submission as that's their strength outside of good fielding. If the pitching staff plays like they have been and your offense can solve their pitching you should get the ring. Good luck against them, and also congrats on home field advantage for the finals!
