I wonder why they don't do single axle dually, trailers more often . A single axle dually tilt or dump trailer would be cool to see. Is D.O.T the problem?
@trymaster83375 ай бұрын
This is the heaviest single axle trailer I've seen ,that's not a semi trailer.

Observation. All the US pictures and film I have seen show longitudinal gate/doors on US spec belly dumpers. This leaves a windrow of metal requiring a grader. Why does US use this style? In New Zealand all the belly dumpers I have seen are lateral discharge. This leaves a job like an end discharge tipper/dumper. You don't need a grader to level things.

For even more use and versatility; consider adding a man bucket or platform to be able to use the lift and reach in non crane applications. What if it had forklift forks on the end of the boom to use it like a material handler?

The beehive maker lite at the back is completely unprotected from swipe damage or even the madd driver kicking or smashing said pointy light because there's no Spaghetti like cage surround or Grill in the Easley breakable plastic lens and especially on a heavy haul trailer should be standard equipment to complete the light and back end safety marker light a simple Two Steel Bar criss cross pattern is all that's MISSING.

I had an older load king. It was 1000 lbs lighter then my other and dumped cleaner. Nothing ever stuck to gates. Guy borrowed it week later offered me cash 2500 more then I paid years earlier for it. I know from experience stay away from companies that don't have experience building these friends of mine are having trouble keeping gates sealed and oscillating plates cracking. On 2 different brands.

@@loadking4189 yeah I looked it up and saw load king bought truck crane and the crossover series. Terex will still make RTs and tower cranes. Then they sold off demag to tadano crazy.. they must have been having a tough financial go or something.

I pulled a load king folder once, way to heavy. If little eng doesn't start when it's zero degrees your screwed. I've got a 60 ton cozad now, neck always comes off and it's light weight.

My company has one. We welded handles on the ramps because they are too hard to pick up in soft material. Theres no lips to get your fingers under. The fender supports between axles are too weak. They bow down with a small 615 scrapper on. Also the metal is too thin the chain slots bend and become useless
