Yes! I like it because everything is well kept, has a club house, it's gated and you're close to a grocery store, which is literally a 2 minute drive away, parks, hiking, hospital and downtown Prescott is 7 minutes away.

Many of the houses I am looking at need a lot of work. Does the median list price mean you need no improvements and can deduct for improvements such as a new roof?

Hi Elizabeth! Great Question. The median sales price includes ALL homes, including the ones that need work, some updating and some TLC AND new homes that may be in near perfect condition. Sometimes a Seller may give concessions or take a lower price on a home that needs some work. My wife and I feel in love with Prescott. We loved it so much, that last year we bought property in Long Meadow Ranch. The property butts up to the Prescott National Forest. Can't wait to build and leave the overcast & grey Great Lake state.
