@@yappersteak use the ak47 or m249 best guns ingame, for cars id say the tesla model 3, tesla cybertruck, nissan gtr and the dodge challenger srt. All are affordable. And for tips id say just try to escape cops by taking shortcuts and making them crash. And to avoid taser hop in the car and try to stand on top of your car when shooting cops. When you have no stam just try to hide in/around the nearest car. And to escape the beanbag shotgun, theres no escape its too op. Hope this helped!
