Back when legendary masterpiece video games actually made your spine crawled with chills, like bringing us into the very world of terror, disparity, survival, and one feels absolutely necessary to battle his way out and emerged victorious at the end of the cosmic, galactic War! Overmind, the sound effects, the creepy voice, and eeeie atmosphere, surroundings, the storytelling, my oh my, there just ain't got no enough words to describe such beauty of an art way ahead of its time and to the future. Graphics are just so well made to accommodate the demands back then like was basically digital creations at its finest! StarCraft will forever be my first exposure to video games and favourite, with so many developments and memories!!

Though not as technologically powerful and physically strong as the Protoss, or as ferociously aggressive, fast and numerously agile as the Zerg, but as Terrans, we win by sheer Will power and uniquely human quality of creativities in our combat strategies and tactical minds. Fits the Protoss so well! With homeworld in demise and verge of dying and facing extinction, they're all bravely prepared for the inevitable, with godlike and warlike courage, they will still stand against all odds and fight until their last of breath is drawn completely. This theme mysteriously captured the beautifully haunting futuristic and godlike heroic nature of the Protoss' willingness to fight and die with honor if it means saving, protecting and freeing their homeworld Aiur from their foes such as the terrifying Zergs and the mechanically inventive Terrans. So way ahead of time when all these were made! StarCraft is just brilliant!

I don't like starcraft but soundtracks of this game are so impressive

Whoever humans they were that made this soundtrack, they sure were humans who are capable of making it creepy and cosmically eerie! This one always sends chills down my spine, like though Terrans are humans, but due to futuristic changes, assuming humans did evolve on their own, like being cybernetically enhanced or have psionic abilities or even using robotic appliances and cyborgs as part of the life cycle are all one thought of true sinister or terror beyond imagination, like simply is impressive and astonishing at the same time. The future does have a way to show many uncertainties and mysteries, and such track fits the likes of the Terrans, be it normal looking like power hungry tyrants such as Mengsk, the heroically rough and tough space cowboy Raynor or even Kerrigan the Ghost or a humanoid looking adjutant! Simply perfect!

When i heard that music for the first time when i beat my brother only once when i was 9 years old i felt so much enjoyment inside me xD

Watching this as a 8 year old kid made me want to try a beer, I stole beer from the fridge, and been a life long fan of beer ever since. I always come back to watch this scene only when my semantic memory triggers while I'm drinking canned beer. It goes "Oh shit that scene from starcraft, gotta watch it again"

I don't know what's more badass, a hydralisk lifting up a marine inside a 2 ton exosuit, or the marine smoking a cigar inside his pressurized suit, or the fact that they stored beer next to a nuclear bomb with ice that could be irradiated.
