Hey Tom, little fag, little tom, big fag... I'm kinda drunk rn. I'm a quadriplegic that lives his life on KZbin. I try to watch positive stuff. KZbin kimda kmoss me by now, so you popped up. Sometimes I feel like reaching out to ppl that make these videos but I feel a drip in a lake so I feel it's useless but lo' n behold I am the 30th viewer on this video. To describe the depths of loneliness I feel, as I make this potato, with whiskey, because I just got my monthly check, and to describe how your kind face substitutes... Just what I need here in my kitchen. And how genuine and smart you seem. Well I just wanted to reach out. I'm 36 years young, 5 years into a broken neck, and I'm thankful you popped up tonight on my little screen with your video you tailored similar folk as I, so that I may possibly.... possibly look at tonight as a night of solitude and not loneliness. Well then I would feel so strong and tomorrow might be better as well. Just wanted to say nice video. Nice guy. Great book title. See ya

Hello ... I'm touched by your vulnerability ... it is only the bravest that can come from that place. Thank you. I'm honoured you'd spend time with me & take in what I have to share with solitude. I often marvel at how we draw to ourselves the balm we need to help us feel better with our circumstance in life. Thank you for the comment about being genuine & smart - it's challenging at times to think folks see those aspects of me. My heart filled with gratitude as you shared your statement "possibly look at tonight as a night of solitude and not loneliness" - WOW! That's a powerful choice. I've put my entire book on KZbin under StoryTime With Thomas. I'd like to invite you share in my journey of self-acceptance and healing. Blessings my friend.

Hello ... Thank you so much for your generous comments, it adds a huge dollop of confidence to this innovative idea I had of reading my memoir on KZbin. My greatest fear, as a young person, was to read out loud in public. This platform is powerfully healing & I'm thrilled you are enjoying it. Your support is so appreciated, thank you.

Wow, powerful chapter Thomas!! I could so relate to this! The quote by Renee Brown about perfectionism really hit home. I did that! I tried so hard to be perfect so that I wouldn’t have to feel the shame, the guilt and the pain that my mother dished out on a regular basis. She just did this yesterday as I talked to her on the phone. Even with as much healing as I have done, it still hurt, but not in the same way. Thank you so much for telling your story. It’s helping me heal too. Much Love ❤to you Thomas for your bravery in telling your story.
