i have tried everything to control the led strip in my forest ds-xl led rail through your app. The app only sees the shuttle, but not the led strip itself. How do i control the led strip through the app when I can't connect the led as a device. The on-off-on-off-on doesn't seem to work at all and i cant find anything online about it. Please help!

Hello, sorry to hear that you're experiencing troubles with the LED strip. Could you please send an email to [email protected] with this question? Or, you could go to the dealer where you have bought the system for advice.

Kan je ook een afstandsbediening forest gebruiken en aangesloten worden op domotica? Zodat men beide opties heeft.

Excuses voor de late reactie. Ja als u een Shuttle S, Shuttle M of een Shuttle L heeft kunt u zowel domotica als afstandsbediening gebruiken. Mocht u er niet uitkomen, kunt u altijd contact opnemen via [email protected]
