Whats the material you use? Thickness? It sounds a very cheap one
@TPProducts21 күн бұрын
It is made from 1.5mm 430 SS, I can assure you it is not cheap. If you look after it, it will probably last you a life time.

Hey, that thing reminds me of the coal fired boilers we had in our bath during my childhood back in the GDR. You´ll need to put some refractory material in the bottom part, so as to not lose to much heat. Making the boiler portion removable might be a good idea too, helps with patching leaks and general troubleshooting. Cheers, have a good one.

Looks good thanks. The one thing we differ on is that I believe in baking my pizza in a very hot oven quickly as many of the video reviews of overseas manufactured seem to agree on. Some in as little as 90 seconds. I had the Alva Cibo gas pizza oven but it only had a very small gas burner and didn't really get hot enough for me so I sold it. I have been seriously considering buying the Piccolo but am a little concerned that the temperature inside might not be high enough for my needs.

Hallo Alex, thank you for the reply. We only did that one test in the video. I will make a second video, in which we can test the max temperature and cooking times.

Hi, just bought one. I have a heat gun to measure the temps and online they advise around 300 to 450 degree Celsius. This is for Italian style so they go over quick. Is this possible as I was struggling to get the top hot. The plates were hot but I think I need a fire next to the coals as I only had it on coals. Any recommendations? Like hoe far from the coals or can it be above a burning flame etc.. Would appreciate your help!

The Swannie braai has been around for many years, since the 1960s, you need to make at least 10 to 15 newspaper balls! Braai time is between 5 to 6 minutes. the boerewors will be crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.... the result is awesome, give it a try in the open or outside and not indoors. The other braai is a different concept and more in line with the traditional braai and works best with brickets or wood. both are good and used in the proper way will give the desired results....wishing you lekker braai days......"Ons gaan nou braai" !

Good concept with the rocket stove. But eish, first impressions matter! In the first 5 seconds, you can't be arsed to use the correctly-sized rivet and so obscure your own brand name, nogal. Don't let your welder also do your marketing.
