Rhysd007 This is Cardiff foreshore we park on Penarth beach front and paddle over .I would only recommend fishing it on the flood it runs too hard on the ebb .The best time is the end of December until the end of February. We have a page on Facebook called yak life give us a follow and we will give you any advice that we can on there
