The end is already the safest biome in the first place. There's no mf Creeper, no Phantom, no Baby Zombie, no Skeleton, no Ghast, no Hoglin, and many more hostile mobs don't exist in this biome, unless you're standing beside a shulker. You just need to look up or down to avoid staring at those black tall entity who can't swim because they hate to be stared at and you'll be fine.

So you only used an x-ray on 1 type of block, lava. It's still x-ray. The 100 day netherite beacon challenge is only really possible if you have a group to help you, which you should totally do.
