It's in the key of G major, so you need to choose (for yourself) between the chords G, C, and D7 for most of the song. For some variation, strum the A minor chord on the 3rd beat of a line, and follow it with the D7, then back to the usual pattern of G to C to D7 and back to G. Just play around with this till you feel at home singing and strumming. Cheers!
