This story is quite heart-breaking. They both seem to clearly love each other. But the guy is so infatuated with her that he becomes deeply inspired to make their future goals a reality, and exhausted all of his time towards that. Whereas the girl seems to become less concerned with their future at some point, and more concerned with him simply spending time with her in the present moment. She felt like he wasn't paying attention to her in the present, and that frustration lead to them not being apart of each other's lives in the future.

The kiss at 4:17 was my first ever exposure to LGBT stuff in video games, and in media in general. I remember being completely shocked, but also kind of scared of the game becoming controversial because of it... It did help me feel less insecure when I was a kid though.

at one point I had these games and unfortunately in the past I had broken up with my ex and a couple months later she was gone due to a asthma attack and everything in the apartment was lost and lost the games as well. Recently I wanted to have all 3 games , I went to a mom and pop game shop and I didn't see any of the games on the shelf, so I had asked the man at the counter, he said he had might actually have it and that he didn't get the chance to price them , took out all 3 titles and I had to make a difficult decision to either buy 1 of them or all 3. So I bought all 3 for 35$ and now im playing it and I really really miss this game , I never beaten it because it was such a respectable extreme difficult game for me. The intro made me cry because it's such a amazing piece of music.

I appreciate the channel here for still being around and allowing me to revisit a part of my childhood. Technically, the game is available through emulation and that's great. But I don't want to go back, the memory alone is enough. I can safely say that no game has recreated this experience, the closest being Death Stranding, but there I have BB. When I lost the robot here, I had no one. And even if that was temporary, it made me appreciate getting the ghost companion. Even if I can't remember a single word spoken, I wasn't alone anymore. Is it a good game? No, likely it wasn't, I didn't have much of a standard as a kid besides how it looked. It just means a lot to me, and I wanted to finally express that. I'll end it off with something pretentious. In a way, the channel kind of reflects the game's world. It's been abandoned long ago. But even now, even if sparsely, there are reminders that you're not alone, other people remember this game too. Others experienced the same thing you have. You're not alone.

This was my first final fantasy game, the gameplay was super unfun, but it was worth it because the cutscenes and music were so good imo

I have played so many horror and exploration games in my life and this one has my absolute favorite. I knew when I first played it back in 2010 I would never forget it and here I am 13 years later thinking about it and loving everything about it. I love it so much!!!
