YOU NAILED IT. I have said a million times the way a proper trailer for this should have been cut is with Sara's speech about love in the beginning. It literally sets up the entire plot and ethos of the book and film

Really great edit. I just went through star wars in timeline order for the first time in my life; I had no idea that palpatine was sidious, I didn’t know what order 66 was, I barely had any sense on who anakin skywalker even was or honestly anything about his past; all I knew was that jabba the hut existed, darth vader was luke’s father, and leia was his sister. I had SO much fun experiencing all of this in order of how it happened and learning about the tragedy of anakin, who is now one of my favorite characters in all of fiction. I knew so many people felt the same before I even started, but only now do I truly appreciate and agree with it
