I'm very impressed too, I'm from chicago and a lot of people are used to hearing the good meteorologists in the etown, but the fact that he actually said what to do if you were home alone is genius, very professional. Kudos to this man who did that 2 years ago.

My crew fought fire on the silverado canyon area,it was about 90-100 degrees at the time and though terrain to work in,but the civilians where very nice to the crews,often giving us ice cold sodas whenever they saw us comming out or going into the hills... thanks for uploading,it was an experiance ill never forget!

the plane crashed because of a vortex of another airplane. Because they said that the engines broke off the plane and an engine failure cannot cause the engines to break off. So they said its a vortex and they didnt warn the pilots or the control centre. So they went into the vortex and the plane's engines stopped working thats what happens when another plane goes through a vortex of another plane.. so its got nothing to do with the pilots its a comunication error that caused this!

hmmm No the first ambulances arrived 10 minutes after the crash. But to get a lot of ambulances (someone said 60 I dunno if that is correct) at the scene will take time that's correct.

This was kind of scary for me. I arrived at Schipol Airport early wednesday morning, and went to buy a newspaper. On almost all the front pages it was about this accident, and I was not looking forward to go on my next flight :P

why would you have uranium there after a plane crash? Planes aren't made with depleted uranium..

This is actually great (I don't mean the 9 dead, RIP for them), you see like 50 ambulances and 30 police cars there: immediate help. Unlike in america; plane crashes have become so ordinary there that the police first starts their investigation and when the case ends (after 4 months) they take out the ambulances to pick up eventual survivors.
