I have the same specs as the ones used in the test, only difference is that I have 16GB of RAM, but the game runs at 20-25 fps. The driver is updated to the latest version and I'm playing on High Performance mode. I have to run the game at 600x480 to get around 30 fps but even then sometimes it drops as low as 18 fps. I've noticed the GPU usage rarely ever reaches 100%, maybe that has something to do with it? I have tried everything from different graphics combinations to testing different driver versions and nothing seems to be making any diference. Any help would be highly appreciated.
