If I remember correctly at this time when Jack was in this band he was going thru a divorce maybe if that was the case it wouldn't surprise me the gems that were created then only heartbreak can allow a musician reach his or her's pure raw potential and thank goodness for that I'm sorry that happened but at times sorrow can be the main catalyst for greatness hell just think about Janis Joplin for example or any winehouse just saying

Still one of the best live performances I've seen. I was in the pit, and I even had the wonderful privilege of seeing these camera guys' asses right in front of my face at times. Seemed to me like Jack White was getting pissed at one of the sound guys or something.
