I feel that there is a projection of people's persona to those trying to work with them and that should not be so. Every human is unique in the way they have been created and should be given the chance to prove their worth that is why there are performance reviews.

Unfortunately, a lot of call centre staff are not interested in doing the job and have no people skills.

lol this is super garbage. and honestly people who interview using that question shouldnt be hiring anyone. anything about this entails thinking outside the box, not the dumb ass stuff this girl mentioned. entails thinking out the box and a corny joke or punchline that u're sure other candidates won't say

I like airplanes. I dont have interest in research and development but in field job like manufacturing and maintenance. So are aeronautical engineers required in maintenance or only Aircraft mechanics? Also is there a significant advantage in doing aeronautical engineering before becoming an Aircraft technician?

Takeaway .... To get your psychology back into control, to obtain coherent heart rate: Take rhythmic breaths (4-6, 5-5, etc). Make sure the breaths are smooth (not erratic). Put your attention in the center of your chest when you're taking your rhythmic breaths.

Anyone please give me advice, I am currently at college, I study Design and bits of civil engineering, I want to work in the design sector of engineering. After I finish college I don't know if I should find a job, an apprenticeship or get a loan and go to Uni. I don't know any other possibilities, please help me find a better outcome or choice of which would be better for me.

DestroyingGaming 4life Get experience through work placements. Qualifications are good to have but don’t forget to get experience. If you’re going to uni then do work placements over the summer
