reminded me of kid songs when i was little, they were optimistic, simple and genuine after communism fell in my country there has been little quality control if any one can blame commies for everything but they had extremely good songs and movies for the most part in terms of story, morals and being very organic so good in fact that there was no way you couldnt immerse since they were so relatable everything is so uniform and low effort these days everyone fears using a tambourine in songs or a harp or a violin i dont remember when i last heard them in new productions everything tries hard to resemble rap or is based off deep bass, so boring and low effort and to imagine that this cd is only 20 years old and you dont hear anything that remotely resembles any part of these songs nowadays not a slightest bit of optimism or joy from new songs

I am a Japanese. I’ve listened to this music for the first time a few days ago. So shocked. The best band I’ve ever heard in Japan. She’s hurling oaths at the audience in the Osaka dialect like that you came to her gig just because the entrance fee was just 3000 yens (about 20 US$).
